Terms of Service
The rules for using PredictDesk. Last updated 30 Sept 2026.
1. What PredictDesk is
PredictDesk is an information service about prediction markets. We show odds and data published by third-party platforms such as Polymarket and Kalshi, together with news, analytics and analyst opinions.
We are not a broker, an exchange or a betting operator. We do not accept bets, execute trades or hold client funds. When you trade, you do so directly on the third-party platform under its own terms.
2. Your account
You must be of legal age in your country to create an account. Keep your sign-in details safe; you are responsible for activity on your account. You can sign in with email and password, Google or Apple.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, abuses the service or is used in a way that puts other users at risk.
3. Plans and payments
The FREE plan is free of charge. PRO is paid in advance for one month at a time, at the price shown at checkout, and does not renew automatically. Extending early adds a month to the end of your current period. An invoice is issued for every payment.
Unless the law of your country gives you a right to a refund, payments for a period that has started are not refundable.
4. Information, not advice
Odds, news, analytics, predictions and answers from the AI assistant are for information only. They are not financial, investment, legal or tax advice, and past results do not guarantee future ones. Data from third-party platforms may be delayed or inaccurate.
5. Acceptable use
Do not copy or resell our content at scale, interfere with the service, try to access other accounts or use the service where prediction markets or this kind of service are prohibited.
6. Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from trading decisions, third-party platforms or interruptions of the service.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. We will show the new date at the top of this page and, for material changes, let you know in the product.
