Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account details: name, email, country and your chosen plan.
• Sign-in data: a password hash if you use email, or an account identifier from Google or Apple if you sign in with them. We never see your Google or Apple password.
• Wallets you link: public Polymarket wallet addresses, used to show your positions.
• Billing: invoices and the period you paid for. Card payments are handled by our payment provider; we do not store card numbers.
• Usage and support: questions you send to the AI assistant and notes from our support team.

Why we use it

To run your account, show your plan and invoices, display your positions, answer your questions and keep the service secure. We do not sell your personal data.

Service providers

We use providers for hosting, databases, payments, sign-in (Google, Apple) and the AI assistant. Questions you ask the assistant are sent to our AI provider to generate an answer. Providers process data on our behalf and only for these purposes.

Cookies

We use a strictly necessary cookie to keep you signed in and a short-lived cookie during Google or Apple sign-in. We do not use advertising cookies.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction or the deletion of your account by contacting support. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to object to processing or to complain to your data protection authority.

Retention

We keep account data while your account is open. Invoices are kept for as long as accounting law requires.
